Join the Investorist team in Sydney!

Investorist is looking for our next Business Development Manager in New South Wales.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a quickly growing global business, in a role that has uncapped earning potential and many options for career growth.

This is a vital role to support the growth of the local market and contribute to global sales targets. The successful applicant will work closely with the State Sales Manager and report to the National Sales Manager.

Day to day activities will include:

  • Meeting with new and existing clients to generate sales pipeline
  • Presenting product suite information in solutions-based sales style
  • Pitching for new business, up-selling and converting leads
  • Account management and nurturing
  • New and existing customer training and handover of product suite
  • Active industry networking
  • Occasional interstate travel

The ideal applicant will have:

  • A strong drive and determination to produce results and succeed in the business
  • Enthusiastic, positive, driven and solutions based sales style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous solutions based sales experience (5+ years minimum)
  • A tried and tested consultative style approach to selling
  • Proven track record of building rapport and creating long-term relationships in a B2B environment
  • Ability to adapt, create and customise sales presentations and demonstrations based on customer needs
  • Experience with a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
  • Solid understanding, passion or interest of the property and/or technology industry
