We’re at it again! The Investorist Live China Roadshow 2016 is coming

In October last year, 3 of Australia’s leading developers (Salta Properties, Blackburne, and Oliver Hume) sent their top-level executives to China for the Investorist Live China Roadshow. Michael Lanyon of Logie-Smith Lanyon also joined the delegation for the 5 day event that spanned from Shanghai to Beijing. It was the first roadshow for Investorist but it was a huge success, with hundreds of China’s leading agents attending the two presentations for a first look at the best upcoming projects in Australia.

The calibre of the projects and the agencies in attendance were second to none. The delegates all had a great time meeting agents and hanging out with the Investorist team. You can read all about last year’s event here, or visit our landing page to view the video highlights.

After receiving fantastic feedback from everyone involved, we just couldn’t wait to do it again! That’s why the Investorist Australia & UK teams are gearing up to pack their bags and head back to China in March. This year our team on the ground in China is even bigger, we’ll be taking more developers, and we’re inviting more agents!

Starting in Shenzhen on Friday the 18th of March, the second show will be in Shanghai on Tuesday the 22nd of March. In addition to the two shows themselves, Investorist also facilitates one-on-one networking meetings between agents and delegates for a full day in each city, with a translator provided.

Our China Roadshow is the only event of its kind. Only top level executives from leading development and project marketing companies are selected to present. Likewise, only the top executives of China’s leading off the plan property companies are invited to attend. This carefully curated crowd of leading decision makers ensures everyone makes lucrative connections and maximises their time at the event.

Breaking into the Chinese market on your own is more than difficult. Investorist makes it easy by bringing the best Chinese agents to one place and breaking down the barriers of language. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to break into the Chinese market but doesn’t know where to start, or who has a few agents working for them but are eager to extend their networks.

We are now taking registrations of interest from developers, project marketers or mandated agents with a new project to launch this quarter and a desire to expand their reach in China. If this sounds like you then APPLY NOW
